It looks good that everyone talking about positive attitude these days. It is necessary to have positive attitude about life. But the main problem people face thinking positive is they for thinking positive when they face any tough situation and problems it is generally difficult for them to think positive. If someone who has always seen failure and insufficiency of everything in his life, it is difficult for him to think positive.
Positive attitude is a lifetime activity and you cannot develop this in a short span of time. You have to think positive and also provide your best effort to become successful because thinking positive only help you gain confidence to perform task. You can see several people who just dream and think that everything is possible but did not provide effort toward it and at last they say that thinking positive never helps.
There are several things who everyday which gives you inspiration to think positive but as it is human nature that we see what we don’t have instead of what we have. We left behind things we achieve without enjoying them and start working for new task and again when we achieve them we don’t enjoy them just go ahead with next task like a machine. It is very important to enjoy your success and it provides your mind needed incentive that you can achieve if you provide your best effort and hence you learn to think positive.
So friends keep positive attitude with your best effort and if you get failed in something it is sure that you never provided your best effort.
There are several things in Life we generally forget. It happens to every one. You are going to office and forget to take your wallet with you. You are working on something and not able to recall relevant details etc. Forgetting something every time annoys everyone and wastes their precious time.
I am also facing the same situation and it had become a regular activity for me to forget something every time. Due to this common problem; recently I have started working upon this problem and found some activities which actually help you to enhance your memory and also increase your knowledge. These activities are common and we know about these but we underestimate these steps as it seems too simple and we as a human always think complicated things are more beneficial.
Observation: - Most of the people see same thing several times but when you ask them any questions regarding those things they could not provide you any answers for that. This explains everything. It means they see things but didn’t observe. There is a world of difference between seeing and observing. For getting a better memory you need to start observing things instead of seeing them. You take out Rs. ten note from your pocket everyday did you ever notice that which three animal’s are there in an Rs.10 Note. Don’t get embarrass because only 5 to 6 persons out of 100 could answer this even I don’t remember. There are pictures of Bengal royal tiger, Elephant and hippopotamus on rs. 10 note. This exercise provides best example of how keen our observation is? So, if want to improve your memory start observing in a better way.
Association: - Everything in our memory is somewhere related to something in our subconscious mind. Association is best way to remember. You must have seen the world map several times but if you someone asks you to draw the map of Italy, probably you could not. But as a clue they told you that Italy looks like a boot than? Yes you could draw a boot and you will draw a map resembling Italy. This is the power of association. You can remember anything using association and best part is to recall it. If you ever associated something with any picture, product than you could easily recall it when necessity occurs. You can this Link Method of Memory also as you can link some event with something you like most.
Memory Test:-Memory is like Human Muscle and as human Muscle requires exercise and food to grow same with our memory. You must test your memory regularly. I tell you one exercise which I follow. I have lot of friends and I like to wish them on their birthday and anniversaries. So I generally recall and take test that many birthday and anniversaries I remember without looking on my calendar. You can also exercise through solving puzzle and games which gives your memory stress.
I think these three exercises we all do in our life but not for improving our memory but for just time pass. But I think when we do these with a purpose it will surely give you a gift of super memory.
